Cold showers

Today feels like summer. It's even a bit humid in the house. 

Once the weather gets to this stage, where I start wearing next to nothing to stay cool, I like to change my showers in the following way:

- 5-7 minutes warm water

- 2-3 minutes cold water

I feel so good afterward. Beer tastes it's best right then.
